We moved into our shared brick & mortar space on September 1, 2026. Our goal is to become a beloved cultural hub that nurtures creativity, supports local authors, and fosters meaningful connections through books and events. We carry all genres of fiction for readers of all ages with a bit of local nonfiction and books we think are fun. Moonstone & Mist Bookshop is hosting book signings, poetry readings, craft activities, book discussions, book panels, book fairs, game nights, Silent Reading Book Clubs, story time, and more! We can also save tables for your group meetups.

Moonstone & Mist Bookshop puts community first and is available to fundraise with local non-profits (PTAs, philanthropies, youth sports, etc.), donating 10% of a designated day’s sales. We’ve donated proceeds and/or books to the South Bay Literacy Council, Community’s Child, a local cheer squad, Parras Middle School PTSA, and Books & Blankets for the Border. Contact us to raise funds for your group!

Help us achieve our goal of becoming a long-lasting neighborhood bookshop by shopping in store and at our pop-ups, attending our events, and shopping for eBooks, and audiobooks on bookshop.org and libro.fm (with Moonstone & Mist Bookshop as your preferred store).
